My Approach
Coaching is one of the best investments you make in yourself, your people, and the collective future of your organization.
Change starts with appreciation and compassion for the work that got you to where you are. From there, we cultivate clarity about what matters to you and help you learn the skills that will get you to the next level. You will build confidence as you move forward and see the positive results you are able to produce.
3 Pillars for Unstoppable Leaders
Compassion
People grow best when they are understood, supported and challenged, not when they are judged or shamed.
Compassion is the first step in confronting and breaking through the obstacles that stand in your way.
Clarity
Too often there are critically important messages that we only say to ourselves, if at all. There is tremendous power in speaking out loud and getting an unbiased reflection on what you think and feel.
As you pull those “back of mind” insights and values forward, you naturally move into action toward your goals in a more authentic and committed way.
Confidence
Confidence is not a mysteriously innate skill that you have or don’t have. It comes from practicing new strategies, learning from mistakes and repeating the practice. Fear and uncertainty are inevitable.
Grounded confidence comes from believing in yourself and in your tools. It involves stepping forward with capability, humility, curiosity and a commitment to learning.
Working at the intersection of psychology and business, I will help you do the inner work that produces outer results. In this work, we will apply insights in a way that optimizes individual effectiveness, improves team coordination and has visible business impact.
The presence I bring to coaching and consulting is thoughtful, compassionate, containing and fully invested in the growth of the individuals and teams I coach. My clients feel at ease and supported in conversation with me.
They appreciate having an unbiased thought partner who offers an objective viewpoint on their career or business. At the same time, my background in clinical psychology ensures that we are not operating on the surface. By listening on deeper levels, I can evoke unexpected and powerful insights to help unblock seemingly intractable patterns.
Here are some of the gains my clients report as a result of our work together:
Clarity on goals and priorities
Honed communication skills and ability to navigate difficult conversations
Focused and sustainable work habits
Greater fulfillment at work
Increased confidence
Sustained commitment to making hard decisions
Clear values and vision for the company
Insight and agility to respond, rather than react to challenging situations
Hiring a ‘dream team’ of executives
Robust systems for execution, feedback and accountability
Improved delegation
High levels of team cohesiveness
